Invitation to a Korean Movie "Assassination"

100 years ago in the midst of Japanese colonial rule, on March 1, 1919, Korean people declared Korea “an independent country”, and subsequently Korea’s Provisional Government was established in Shanghai, China on April 11, 1919.

In order to celebrate the centennial anniversary of the March First Independence Movement and the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, the Korean Consulate in Atlanta in collaboration with the Korean community would like to invite you to a special film “Assassination” screening.

The Korean movie “Assassination” was one of the biggest hit films in Korea. The movie features the fictitious story of independence activists during Japanese colonial rule in the 1930s.
